Dear Comrades/Friends/Colleagues,
         
           The Text of the PRINTED POSTCARD CAMPAIGN PROGRAMME is as follows:

Respected Madam,

      I, being a Postal employee, feel perturbed over the following glaring problems faced by the Circle Administrative Staff like me. Kindly intervene and settle the problems. Problems are summarized as follows:

 1. Filling up of vacant posts of PACOs & MTS.

2. Correct fixation for MTS (ACPs) 

3. Norms for BD, Technology, RTI & Project Arrow works.

4. No decentralization of PLI & RPLI works.

5. Save Century old DPLI office, Kolkata.

6. Settle MACP anomalies(promotion through exam should not be counted) 

7. Stop Outsourcing of work of CO & RO staff.

8. Grant TBOP/BCR who were seniors irrespective of length of service.

9. Grant Special Pay to the S/s of CO/ROs.

10.Escalate the Grade Pay of AD from Rs 4600/- to Rs 4800/- for HSG-I staff of CO/ROs.

11.Permit CO staff to appear in PSS Gr "B" exam without curtailment of existing benefits.

12.Finalize Cadre restructuring & other demands which have already been brought to your kind notice by my General Secretary.
