Dear Comrades,

                The All India Conference of our union was held at KOLKATA from 28-4-2012 to 30-4-2012 Delegates/Observers from our branch were also attended. Due to increasing of trade union meetings/study camps organized by the CHQ and NFPE at ALLAHABAD, Uttar Pradesh Circle on 8-11-2011 and 9-11-2012 and CHALO PARLIAMENT on 26-7-2012 and Postal Employees Indefinite strike from 17-1-2012, expenditure was met from the circle union fund. The Next Circle Bi-annual Conference is also due in the Month of April 2013. The CHQ and NFPE Head Quarters also issued a circular for collection of DONATION from each member of our union.

             In this connection, the circle union appeal to all the members of our union to DONATE Rs.200/- each Gr. C member and Rs.100/- each MTS, at the time of PAYMENT OF BONUS for the year 2011-12. The BONUS ORDERS are expected on 15-10-2012.Expected DAYS are (60).

                All the members are requested to help the CHQ/NFPE/CIRCLE UNION to build the strong united movement. Please see the NFPE Circular below and send the donations personally to the NFPE (Hqrs).

                        As all of you are aware the financial position of NFPE is not sound. For better functioning improvement in financial position is a must. Taking into consideration the above position, the Federal Executive of NFPE has decided to collect bonus fund from all members when bonus is disbursed. The amount is fixed as Rs. 10/-(Rs. Ten only) per member minimum.

You are requested to circulate this Circular to All Circle/Divisional/BrancSecretaries with a request to collect the amount and remit it to the following address:
